Photography and me
I never really wanted to become more than a casual photographer who takes pictures on family events and trips. Still, there are moments when I stop and try to catch someting beautiful.
This is me at a photography workshop where we took images of running horses. These ones didn't take the job too seriously...
Dance and movement
I got many compliments from family and friends about my photos. At some point I started to seriously consider becoming a professional photographer. I attended courses held by Martin Szipál and János Eifert. Martin taught me a lot about lighting and framing, while János started me on a completely new journey, where imagination and fantasy plays a key role in creating photos.
Studio portraits
The first topic I was serious about was portrait photography. I love creating something beautiful, and I love when I see the gladness in people's eyes: "Oh my! Do I really look that gorgeous?". I have photographed a dozen people (girls and boys), and each time they leave with a big smile on their face. That's why it is worth it.
Weddings
Many of my friends asked me lately to take photos at their wedding. This is a very special segment of photography with unique challenges. I certainly do not master all the techniques and tricks to a full extent. While I don't want to move in this direction, I am honored that people trust me, and the thought gives me great joy that I can create images that somebody will cherish the rest of their lives.
Nature
Nature photography is again a whole different ball game. It is a lifeform. You need plenty of time, plenty of gear, and of course plenty of expertise. I have none of those, so please forgive me for posting my humble photos here.
